Are you looking for a change? Would you like to mix things up and get more variety in your working life? Considering a relocation to Canberra? – close to snowfields and the great outdoors but still close to cultural events.
At Neurospace, we are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. We love working towards our client’s goals, whether they be “getting rid of my dizziness” or “ helping me learn to walk again”.
We have a diverse range of clients so you will get plenty of variety in your day. We are well know for our management of dizzy clients, and also see acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We have a focus on healthy ageing across the lifespan, and provide services to a number of aged cared providers. We also have a strong presence in the NDIS space providing services to a range of NDIS participants. We like to be creative and innovative in our work and will tailor the treatment plan to the individual. This can involve both land-based and water-based sessions, transition to a community gym or facilitation to participate in community activities. We love thinking outside the box!
To be successful in this role you need energy and enthusiasm to work with a wide range of different people. If your passion is in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, we are the place for you! You should also enjoy working closely in a team environment. Our best results for clients come when we are all working together towards common goals.
We are seeking a senior clinician to carry a clinical load and staff supervisory role with junior therapists. We are looking for someone with experience across diverse areas, essential would be vestibular and dizziness management, and with neurological conditions. Ideally there would also be experience with musculoskeletal clients and private practice experience. We have well established systems and processes, and are always open to new ideas.
We offer an attractive package that includes above-award wages commensurate with experience, incentive payments, yearly training allowance and our new health and wellbeing allowance. We have a weekly inservice for in-house training. We also like to give back to the wider community and support our staff to spend time working with organisations that they are passionate about helping. Part-time to full-time will be considered for these roles.
If you think Neurospace might be the right place for you we would love to hear from you.
